1. Processing Time Order Processing: All orders are processed within 48 Hours after your order is placed. Once processed, orders will be prepared for shipping.

Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom-made and personalized items may take additional time to prepare. Please allow 14 extra days for these items.

Please note that orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 6. Lost or Damaged Packages Etherealicious Culture is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, at your expense. Etherealicious Culture is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

At Etherealicious Culture, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Moissanite jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Return Window: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Items: Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.

2. Return Process Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at support@etherealiciousculture.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization.

Shipping: Once your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Please Note: Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet our eligibility requirements will not be accepted.
