1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 48 Hours after your order is placed. Once processed, orders will be prepared for shipping.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom-made and personalized items may take additional time to prepare. Please allow 14 extra days for these items.

Please note that orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • International Shipping: We offer shipping to select international countries. Please check availability at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Etherealicious Culture is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, at your expense. Etherealicious Culture is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
