Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom-made and personalized items may take additional time to prepare. Please allow 14 extra days for these items.

Please note that orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, at your expense. 1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Return Window: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Items: Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.

Shipping: Once your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
